PRESS REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in applying for press accreditation. As in each edition, the FIABCI World Congress welcomes journalists from across the world in order to attend the event free of charge. Find out how to register below.

The press department does its best to fulfill all requests, but we are trying to reach a balance between international, national and local media as well as the pertinence of the media for our visitors.

Press accreditation gives you access to the entire event: conferences, forums and exhibitions that will take place during the 3 days of the event.

Registration conditions:
In order to complete your press registration, you need to be a full-time journalist.

Please note that previous edition accreditations do not ensure you access to this year’s edition. All non-editorial staff (sales and marketing professions as well as PR or publisher) must register as visitor and will not qualify for press accreditation.

How to obtain a press accreditation?:

 Register as an online journalist/blogger:

Please send us the following:

  • Your press registration form
  • A commissioning letter from your editor in chief or a link to a current page of your media where your name and title appear in the editorial team
  • A copy of your press card
  • A recent by-lined article (less than a month old)

Please note that personal website or blog (fan sites…) as well as sponsored or company blogs will not qualify for press accreditation.
All blogs and website must have a well established reputation and can prove good interaction on the website.

Register as a journalist or freelance:

Please send us the following:

  • Your press registration form
  • A commissioning letter from your editor in chief
  • A copy of your press card
  • A recent by-lined article (less than 6 months old)

 

Register as a photographer:

Please send us the following:

  • Your press registration form
  • A commissioning letter from your editor in chief or your agency
  • A copy of your press card

 

Register as a broadcast or radio journalist:

Please send us the following:

  • Your press registration form
  • A letter of the broadcaster letterhead confirming when and on which program the report will be broadcast
  • A copy of your press card
  • A commissioning letter from your editor in chief
  • A DVD or a link to the program’s most recent broadcast.

Please note that the press accreditations are individual each member of a team must registered separately.
